2. Products & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Luméra reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or product information.
Product colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings and photography.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Luméra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment verification issues
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded.
4. Payments
We accept secure online payments through our authorised payment partners and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible serviceable locations across India.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or COD verification, where applicable.
5. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive shipment tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Return shipping charges for eligible returns will be borne by Luméra.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

7. Product Care
Our jewellery is crafted using premium anti-tarnish materials. To maximise the life and appearance of your jewellery, please follow the Jewellery Care Guide available on our website.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

All content on this website, including logos, designs, product photographs, graphics, text, videos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Luméra and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
