Refund policy

At Luméra, customer satisfaction is our priority.

- Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Return shipping charges for eligible returns will be borne by Luméra.
- Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn may not be eligible for return unless they were received damaged or incorrect.
